Shipping & Returns Shipping - All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated using by the USPS Shipping Calculator, which charges you according to your zip code and location within the United States. International Customers have more limited shipping options. Please note that all customs and duties on international packages are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns - Although we try to be meticulous about packing everything you'll need to assemble your mini, none of us are perfect, and mishaps do occur. If you find yourself short a piece, please send an email to centerstagehobbies@yahoo.com and we'll get the missing metal out as quickly as possible. If there's a severe issue with your miniature (i.e. improper cast, etc.) that makes it past our quality control process, we'll be happy to replace it once we receive the old parts back.
